American Angelic Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients:

1 box Betty Crocker White Angel Food Cake Mix

2 cups of Halved Strawberries

2 packets (or about a tablespoon) of Artificial Sweetener (Sweet & Low or Splenda)

1 package of Fat Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

1 cup Skim Milk

1 tub of Cool Whip Free

Blue Food Coloring

Directions:

Follow the directions on the box of Betty Crocker cake mix to create the batter for the Angel Food Cake. Add the blue food coloring until the batter reaches your desired shade of blue. Pour batter into a glass 8×10 inch baking pan and bake as directed on the box. In a separate bowl, stir the artificial sweetener into the halved strawberries. Then make the instant vanilla pudding in another separate bowl. Follow the directions on the box and add the required amount of skim milk that it calls for. (Depending on the brand and type, this could vary.)

Once the Angel Food Cake is baked and cooled, cut into 1×1 inch squares. Once you are done cutting, mix the squares up with your fingers a bit. Then pour the instant vanilla pudding over the top of the squares. Next, add the strawberries. Gently mix the ingredients and smooth out mixture within the glass 8×10 inch baking pan. Top with half of the tub of Cool Whip Free and refrigerate.
